Asphalt Paving

Asphalt Paving

New asphalt for driveways, parking lots and roads — full jobs from grading to finish. Free estimates.

New asphalt, done right

When a surface is past saving — or you're starting from dirt — we pave. Driveways, parking lots, subdivision streets and private roads: full jobs from grading and base work through the finished mat, rolled smooth with clean edges.

We also resurface — a new layer of asphalt over a worn but solid surface, which brings back a smooth black finish without the cost of a full tear-out. If you're not sure whether your asphalt needs repairs, resurfacing or a repave, send a photo and we'll give you a straight answer and a price both ways.

FAQ

Common questions

Pave new or resurface?

If the base under your asphalt is still solid, resurfacing lays a fresh layer over the top for a lot less than a full repave. If the base has failed, new asphalt is the honest fix. We look at it and price both ways.

How long before I can drive on new asphalt?

You can usually walk it the same day and drive it within a day or two — we'll tell you exactly when before we leave.

How big a job can you take?

Driveways to full parking lots and roads — crew and equipment for any size job.

Do you fix drainage or low spots?

Yes — grading and base work is part of the job, so water runs where it should before the asphalt ever goes down.
