Line Striping
Crisp, straight lines that keep a lot organized, safe and up to code.
Fresh lines, sharp lot
Faded, crooked parking lines make a property look neglected — and a lot that isn't laid out right is a safety and a code problem. Fresh striping fixes both: it keeps traffic flowing, marks the spaces clearly, and makes the whole property read as cared-for.
We restripe lots clean and straight — standard stalls, ADA-accessible spaces, arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes and curbs. Often done the same visit as a sealcoat, so the lot comes out black and freshly lined in one go.
- Standard and compact stalls
- ADA-accessible spaces and layout
- Arrows, crosswalks and fire lanes
- Curb and no-parking markings
- Re-stripe faded lots or lay out new
- Pairs with a fresh sealcoat
Common questions
Can you stripe with a sealcoat?
Yes, and it's the best way — we seal the lot black, then lay fresh lines on top, so it all comes out new in one visit.
Do you handle ADA layouts?
Yes — accessible stalls, access aisles and the right markings so the lot stays compliant.
Re-stripe or new layout?
Either. We can lay back the existing lines or redesign the layout to fit more spaces or improve the flow.
