Sealcoating

Commercial-grade sealcoat applied evenly. Restores the deep black finish. Blocks UV, fuel, oil, water.

Done on cycle, sealcoat roughly doubles the life of asphalt. The highest-ROI thing you can do for your pavement.

Patchwork

Pothole repair, sawcut-and-replace, full-depth patching. From a single failed spot to large worn-out sections.

The right method depends on the failure. Cold patch for emergencies. Hot patch and sawcut for permanent fixes.

Crack Filling

Hot rubberized crack sealant. Stops water from getting under the asphalt — the biggest cause of pavement failure.

Crack fill comes before sealcoat on any lot that needs it. Sealcoat over cracks doesn't fix them — they come back.
